Information Technology

The Information Technology Division installs and maintains the variety of electronic technology necessary to operate the entire department. This includes file servers, network computers, patrol vehicle laptops, various desktop computers, surveillance camera systems, dispatch control stations and various fiber-optic and other connections to integrate systems between the Sheriff’s Office and the County Jail.

The IT division is responsible for maintaining a variety of software applications for records management, computer aided dispatch, and other technical applications.  IT manages and maintains radio communications links, recording systems, and ensures that all electronic data storage is backed up. The division also maintains cellular telephones for all other Bradford County Government Offices.
